إحدى قرى سويسرا الجبلية، عاش وليم تل، المزارع المعروف بمهارته الفائقة في الرماية. “قصص للأطفال” مليئة بالمغامرات والتحديات، و”قصة وليم تل” ليست استثناءً. فقد كان وليم محبوبًا في قريته، وعاش مع أطفاله الثلاثة، بينهم والتر الذي كان يحلم بأن يكون مثل والده. تعلمنا من هذه القصة العديد من الدروس الهامة، أهمها الشجاعة والتحدي في مواجهة الظلم. وليم تل رفض الانصياع لأوامر الحاكم النمساوي الظالم، مما جعله يدخل في مواجهة شرسة معه. أُجبر وليم على رمي تفاحة وضعت على رأس ابنه والتر بسهم، لكن مهارته وشجاعته أنقذا ابنه من الخطر. على الرغم من تعرضه لأزمة كبيرة عندما أسره جنود الحاكم، تمكن من الهروب بذكائه
